Before you order
Follow these guidelines to avoid problems with your order:
- Order early!
- Provide complete and accurate payment and delivery information.
- Make sure you have sufficient funds when you pay with a debit or checking account, or make sure you use a valid credit card.
- Avoid accidentally placing duplicate orders. If a family member is helping you make sure you are not both placing orders for the same class.
- Be sure you provide reliable phone numbers and a valid email address when you place your order. If there’s a problem, the vendor will try to contact you.
- Do not cancel your order if there’s a problem. Canceling and re-ordering can delay your delivery. Instead, contact the vendor as soon as possible and ask for help solving the problem.
- If you’re expecting a delivery at your apartment complex, be sure to check with your leasing office to see if it was dropped off there.
- Test your tapes/DVDs when they arrive and if you discover problems immediately contact the vendor.
