Problems that cause delays
The following problems can delay your order of tapes/DVDs:
- Incorrect or incomplete payment and delivery information provided to the vendor. Be careful when you place your order and make sure your payment and delivery information is correct.
- Credit card payments denied by your credit card company or insufficient funds in the debit or checking account used for payment.
- Duplicate orders placed by you and someone else, such as a parent or family member who is helping you.
- Delivery to the leasing office of your apartment complex. If you’re expecting a delivery, be sure to check with your leasing office to see if it was dropped off there.
Occasionally an order can be delayed even if you did everything right. We do our best to avoid this.
Remember: Order early to allow time for solving any problems that occur. Test your tapes/DVDs as soon as you receive them and contact the vendor directly if you discover they are faulty.
