Report a problem
When there is a problem with your order:
- The vendor will try to contact you if they recognize a problem. Be sure they have a good phone number and email address to use.
- When you first realize there is a problem with your order, call the vendor. They resolve most issues quickly.
- Contact Distance Education Student Services office if needed.
